This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values in educational leadership in the era of Society 5.0, characterized by digital transformation based on artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and big data. The research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing relevant scientific literature. The findings indicate that Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), adl (justice), shiddiq (truthfulness), fathanah (wisdom), and tabligh (communication) play a fundamental role in shaping ideal educational leadership in the digital era. These values serve not only as moral foundations but also as practical guidelines for decision-making in education that is adaptive to technological advancement. The study also reveals that Society 5.0 offers significant opportunities to strengthen Islamic value-based education through digital technology, while also posing challenges such as educational dehumanization, digital inequality, and the weakening of spiritual values. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic values in educational leadership is a crucial strategy for creating an education system that balances technological mastery, character building, and students’ spiritual development.
