GURU: Islamic Religious Education Journal is a scientific journal published by Islamic Religious Education Department, STIS Darul Falah Bondowoso. This journal focuses on the development of studies and research in the field of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as well as contemporary Islamic issues related to education, values, and character building.

The journal publishes research articles, theoretical studies, and critical reflections related to:

  • Teaching and learning in Islamic Religious Education,
  • Curriculum and instructional media development,
  • Islamic education management,
  • Contemporary Islamic educational thought,
  • Integration of Islamic values in education,
  • and Islamic studies relevant to character and spiritual education.

GURU: Islamic Religious Education Journal is published biannually: in May and November and welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, education practitioners, and students who are interested in advancing knowledge in the field of Islamic Religious Education.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a peer-review process by experts to ensure the quality and originality of the scholarly works. This journal is committed to the principle of open access, allowing all articles to be freely read and downloaded by the global academic community.
