Abstract

This study aims to examine three main pillars in Sufism, namely mahabbah (love), tawakkal (trust in God), and muhasabah (self-reflection), as spiritual therapies for inner wounds and grief. These three concepts are integrated with the local wisdom of sipakainge’, which emphasizes mutual advice and reminding one another in goodness, thereby creating the strength of togetherness and social support. On the other hand, this study highlights the role of global technology as a medium that expands access to Sufi values and opens new spaces for spiritual healing practices in the digital era. The research approach is based on observations of the surrounding community's healing experiences. Through the combination of Islamic spirituality, local wisdom, and modern technology, it is hoped to enrich the study of Sufism while offering relevant, inclusive, and applicable healing methods for strengthening the mental health of modern society.
